ASTRANADA’s constructs are shipped from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Delivery timelines
vary depending on the destination. Collectors will receive an official tracking link immediately upon dispatch to monitor their shipment’s progression in real time.
Return & Exchange
Excemption
Due to the unique, commissioned nature of ASTRANADA, all commissions — including bespoke, personalized, engraved, and collaborative works — are synthesized specifically for the collector. Consequently, these works are not subject to return, refund, or exchange, owing to their
absolute exclusivity and individualized materialization.
Eligible
Only Limited-Edition original constructs designated as "Eligible for Return & Exchange" within their technical specifications apply.
Instructions
To initiate a return or exchange, please notify the atelier by submitting a formal request within 14 days of delivery. During the return process, you will be directed to schedule a pickup or drop-off
of your package at any authorized DHL service point.
Secure Transit
Each construct is dispatched via fully insured global couriers. Signature required upon
delivery to guarantee secure arrival.
