Every ASTRANADA piece follows an uncompromising computational and physical sequence—a precise, multi-stage journey from digital code to structural reality. Each stage is as deliberate
as the geometry it serves.
Additive Fabrication
Defined geometries are materialized layer by layer, utilizing a highly curated selection of
3D printing materials. The digital construct becomes physical with absolute fidelity to the
original design.
Post-Processing
Raw structural forms undergo meticulous support removal, precise geometric calibration,
and specialized surface treatments to eliminate manufacturing artifacts, creating a perfectly
clean foundation.
Hand-Refinement
Each piece is hand-refined and polished using micro-abrasive media to accentuate structural contours and reveal full geometric resolution—edge by edge, surface by surface, achieving a flawless luster.
Structural Assembly
At this final stage, human hands complete what the algorithm began. The components are precision-fitted with functional hardware and hand-set with gemstone inserts when the form demands it.
