Scope

These Terms of Acquisition govern how commissions are initiated, executed, and fulfilled by ASTRANADA ("the Atelier") for the collector ("the Collector"). They operate alongside our master Terms & Conditions and Privacy & Cookies Policy.

The Acquisition Sequence

Inquiry & Evaluation

The Collector submits an inquiry via www.astranada.com. The Atelier evaluates structural complexity and material feasibility.

Proposal

The Atelier issues a formal written proposal detailing project specifications, total investment, and timelines.

Confirmation Window

Proposals remain valid for ten (10) calendar days. Unconfirmed proposals expire.

Deposit

A non-refundable 50% deposit activates the commission. Physical fabrication begins only upon clearance.

Completion & Review

Upon physical completion, the Atelier shares documentation for Collector review during a specified approval window.

Final Balance & Dispatch

The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion. Constructs are prepared for secure global transit only after full clearance.

Estimated execution windows are confirmed within each formal proposal based on complexity:

Bespoke / Collaboration

Engineered individually around algorithmic complexity, iterative design loops, and physical prototyping.

Personalization

Calculated dynamically based on requested structural adaptations.

Limited Edition

Original portfolio constructs require a standard three-to-four-week production and fulfillment window.

Logistics, Transit & Duties

Global Transit

All commissions are dispatched via premium courier from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Complimentary fully insured shipping is provided worldwide.

Tracking

A tracking reference is issued immediately upon dispatch.High-value constructs require a signature upon delivery.

Loss or Damage

In the rare event of a transit incident, the Atelier manages the insurance claim directly with the courier. The Collector must preserve all original packaging and provide immediate photographic evidence to support the process.

Customs & Duties

While delivery is complimentary worldwide, the Collector holds sole financial and legal responsibility for all regional import duties, customs clearances, and localized taxes imposed by the destination country.

Cancellations

By the Collector

Cancellation after proposal acceptance results in forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit. If fabrication has already commenced, the Collector may be liable for additional production costs incurred.

By the Atelier

In exceptional circumstances where the Atelier must cancel, the deposit is returned to the Collector in full.

Amendments

The Atelier reserves the right to revise this Policy at any time. The current version will always be published at astranada.com. Continued engagement following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
