Governing Framework
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between ASTRANADA ("the Atelier") and the collector ("the Collector") in connection with any commission, acquisition, or engagement initiated through www.astranada.com. By accessing this site or submitting a commission inquiry, the Collector acknowledges and accepts these terms in full.
All engagements are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
The Commission
ASTRANADA operates exclusively on an Exclusive-to-Order framework. No construct is produced speculatively. Each work is initiated only upon formal agreement following a commission inquiry. The Atelier reserves the right to decline any commission inquiry at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reason.
Pricing & Payment
Commissions & Bespoke Service
All commissions are quoted and transacted in UAE Dirhams (AED). Payment is structured in two stages: a non-refundable deposit payable upon commission acceptance, and a final balance payable upon completion. The total investment is confirmed in writing prior to deposit.
Limited Edition
Acquisitions within the Limited-Edition portfolio require a single, full payment at the time of placing order to secure the specific serial number and initiate fabrication.
Taxation & Duties
All acquisitions fulfilled within the United Arab Emirates are subject to applicable local Value Added Tax (VAT). Please note that while delivery is complimentary to international acquisitions, the Collector bears sole financial and legal responsibility for all regional import duties, customs clearances, and localized taxes imposed by the destination country. *ASTRANADA reserves the right to revise pricing for new acquisitions and commissions without prior notice.
Returns & Exemptions
Due to the unique, commissioned nature of ASTRANADA, all bespoke, personalized, engraved, and collaborative works are synthesized specifically for the Collector and are not subject to return, refund, or exchange.
The sole exception applies to Limited Edition constructs explicitly designated as "Eligible for Return & Exchange" within their published technical specifications. All other return requests will not be accepted.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
All parametric designs, computational geometries, 3D meshes, visual identities, brand assets, and digital content published on www.astranada.com are protected under global copyright laws and remain the exclusive intellectual property of ASTRANADA. No element, digital file, or architectural algorithm may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, distributed, or adapted without prior written consent.
The Collector acquires the physical commission only. No design rights, source code, or reproduction rights are transferred through any commission or acquisition.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ASTRANADA's liability shall not exceed the total value of the commission in question. The Atelier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature.
Material & Usage Disclaimer
ASTRANADA constructs are synthesized through advanced algorithmic computation and high-precision digital fabrication. The Collector acknowledges that minor micro-textural variations or structural layer lines are natural characteristics of 3D-printed luxury forms and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
The Atelier disclaims all liability for structural wear, material degradation, or accidental damage resulting from improper handling, chemical exposure, or unconventional usage of the
wearable architecture.
Force Majeure
The Atelier shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in the materialization or delivery of a commission, caused by factors entirely outside its direct control. This includes but is not limited to advanced fabrication hardware system calibrations, specialized material supply chain shortages, global or regional courier network disruptions, customs clearance delays, or acts of God. In such events, the timeline of the commission will be extended elastically by the duration of the disruption.
Amendments
ASTRANADA reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published at www.astranada.com. Continued engagement following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
